Strengthening the relationship with a friendly, respectful demeanor and having a good sense of humor. Earning trust by maintaining open and honest communication, keeping my client in the loop by sharing the important details of what I’m doing for them and keeping my client copied on network documentation as it is updated. Data confidentiality and protection is something I take very seriously. Your data is none of my business, but protecting it and your entire network is my business. I still believe my word and a handshake is as good as a contract, and trust is earned by following through with my commitments.
